Princess has been in our family for 15 years first rescued as a kitten by my adult son as his first pet and was an indoor cat. Princess was 2 when he went into the Air Force and was “re-adopted” by my daughter’s family who loved Princess allowing her the freedom to roam. She found her fierce desire for independence over the next 5 years following the grandkids on walks wherever they went sitting and waiting patiently for them to walk with them back home behaving more like a dog. Princess came to live with Grandma when she was 7. She loved catnip and the outdoors. Every day she meowed at the door to go out year round. Even when she became too weak to walk, Princess tried to crawl outside to lay and we gladly assisted. She always let her cattitude be known to her feline and canine brothers and sisters and was fiercely loved.
